Spam

We at ADHosting have a strong anti-spam policy. Anyone found to be using our services for the mass sending of unsolicited emails will face immediate termination of their account without refund. If you receive spam sent from our servers please send us a support ticket detailing as much as you can, please include the entire mail header.

Inappropriate usage

Our service can be used in any way you wish, as long as within compliance of these terms of service.

Any and all of the following are disallowed on our services:

• Crack & Serials sites
• Warez and sites containing illegal software or music downloads
• Scamming or fraudulent web sites
• Any other kind of site that is considered illegal under US and international law
• Pornography or explicit adult content
• IRC bots

Anyone found to be using our servers for any of the above will immediately have their accounts suspended, pending deletion. If your account has been disabled or wish to contest the decision please contact us through a support ticket.

Payment of Hosting

All hosting charges must be paid at the beginning of each month and in advance. This is normally processed via PayPal subscription payments however may be different in your case, contact us if you have any questions. If the payment remains outstanding for 10 days your account will be suspended for up to 30 days. If by this time payment has not been received the account may be terminated.

Refusal of Service

ADHosting reserves the right to refuse or withdraw service at any time without prior warning. Service may be withdrawn due to non-payment or violation of these terms. Upon suspension or termination of your hosting you will be informed as to the reason and invited to dispute or question it [if necessary]. Refunds may be given depending on the situation of the suspension/cancellation.

Rental of Sub Domains

If you have a shared hosting account you may not sell or give away sub domains for use by another party. All sub domains must be administrated by the owner of the account and not another party. This also applies to folders within the root domain such as www.yoursite.com/folder/

This does not apply to Reseller Hosting packages. The use of our shared hosting services to host file sharing sites or sites allowing the trading of large files is not permitted, if you have any questions please contact us via a support ticket. Large file downloads related to your website are allowed and permitted.

Privacy Policy

All data and information that you submit to us is totally confidential and will not be sent to a 3rd party. All your personal data is securely stored. As all payments are via PayPal we hold no details of bank accounts, credit cards or any other such information. ADHosting will never ask you for your credit card number.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your hosting at any time please inform us so that we may cancel your PayPal subscription. Cancelling your subscription without informing us beforehand may result in us being unable to refund you. Please inform us if you wish to cancel. If you cancel your hosting before the current subscription time is expired your hosting will run until your paid time is used up. If you wish your site or server to be disabled no refund is available for unused or partially used service.

Unlimited usage

Any mention of unlimited is dependent on hardware limitations and may actually be limited, though we attempt to make allowance when possible. Uptime is not guaranteed by any form of compensation however uptime is monitored and controlled. Generally uptime is 99.95% or higher, uptimes shown for game servers using game-monitor or any other monitoring service are generally flawed as uptime is highly dependent on clients choice, servers can be stopped for updates at the clients request so this may factor into downtime.
